IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PLACING ORDERS

For orders shipping to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders

GIFT SHIPPING

During checkout there is a Gift Card Text box at the bottom of the page.  You can add additional shipping addresses during checkout out.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

I ship to many countries, please see the list at the bottom of the page.  All prices shown on the website are in $ (US Dollars).  I also accept € (Euros) and  £ (Pounds Sterling).  To determine the exchange rate, please refer to the FX Calculator.

SHIPPING TYPES

Items usually ship within 2 week or sooner.  I try to ship as soon as possible.  However, with a new member in the family, sometimes I fall behind schedule.

• US Shipping:  I use USPS Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made in advance of order being placed.  Normal delivery is 2 days, but not guaranteed by the postal service or Baby Puddie.
   
• European (EU) Shipping*:  For orders to EU member countries,  I use US Postal Service Global Priority post.  Delivery ranges from 3 to 5 days but may take longer.  Please email me for a quote.
  
  * First time international orders may be limited to $50.00 or less unless arrangements are made in advance.

SHIPPING CHARGES

US Shipping Charges:  Based on the items you order.  Check the shopping cart as you add items to see the shipping amount.  The first item usually cost a bit more then each additional item.

International Shipping Charges:  Please email me with your order and ask for a shipping quote.

CHECKS & CREDIT CARDS

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and E-Checks (direct debit.)  Credit cards and E-Checks are processed by PayPal.  PayPal is the world's #1 online payment service, accepted on over 3 million eBay^TM auctions and by thousands of online shops.  Over 20 million people in 37 countries worldwide use PayPal. You do not have to sign up to use PayPal, but will be given the option during checkout.

PAYING BY CHECK:  ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

If youa re paying by check using snail mail, please read:.  The PayPal shopping cart will not accept orders to be paid with paper checks.  If you wish to pay with a paper check, please email me with the following:

THREAD COLORS

I recommend that you let me (Baby Puddie) choose your thread colors.  Of course you are welcome to pick out your own thread colors, however, the colors of the threads do not appear the same on all computer monitors.

CUSTOM ORDERS

CUSTOM EMBROIDERY REQUIRES ADVANCED QUOTATION

Standard embroidery for my items includes the baby name.  If you would like to have a phrase, motto, saying or anything else embroidered, please contact me  with your requested embroidery requirements and I will get back to you with pricing prior to placing your order.  An example, "I Love Grandma" on a bib has a three dollar surcharge.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

1. I will personally send you an e-mail confirming what you have ordered and the shipping address (not to be confused with the copy of your order that is sent to you automatically after you place the order.)
2. Please remember to check your e-mail frequently and carefully as sometimes I have questions for you, or, items may be out so stock and I will need a second choice
